About the Artist
Juliette Jourdain is a young French photographer based in Paris. Specialising in the art of portraiture, her portfolio testifies to her great aptitude for staging. In a meticulously arranged studio set, her models give her their all in whimsical and sophisticated poses. Her inspirations are numerous but are above all derived from drawing, which she has practised since she was very young. Her work published recently in Photo magazine was exhibited at the Rencontres d'Arles in July 2014 as well as at exhibitions in Lyon and Paris in 2015.
