Götz Göppert was born in 1969 in Munich. Although he is based in Paris, the artist travels around the world in search of "unusual and unheard-of" subjects. He collects documentation that he compares to a modern cabinet of curiosities. In all these works, the photographer manages to infuse poetry. Even the most technical subjects are treated in the artist's own experimental and graceful style.
