Born in a small village in northern Bangladesh called Baghopara, Abdul Momin developed a passion for photography while still a student. At the time, he was selling phones to earn money, and used his first savings to buy a second-hand phone with a 5-megapixel camera. From then on, he experimented, capturing the beauty of the flowers, butterflies and insects he came across, then training himself through online tutorials. Before long, he was taking part in a number of mobile photography competitions, and his success was evident. His winnings enabled him to buy his own digital camera. With his diploma in hand, his mind was made up: he would become a professional photographer! Today, his creations have been featured in over 300 international publications and have won no fewer than 100 awards!
