Laura Zalenga discovered photography in 2007, while studying architecture in Munich. She soon turned her attention to her own artistic practice, making a name for herself with her creative self-portraits and singular visual language. Exploring contemporary themes such as beauty standards, gender, mental health and climate, she often uses her own body as a vehicle for emotion and reflection. Between abstraction and intimacy, her images blend formal precision with emotional depth. Today, she counts numerous collaborations with prestigious brands such as Adobe, Disney, Facebook and Sony, and is establishing herself as one of the most influential young photographers on the contemporary scene.
