Lucian RUMPE

Lucian Rumpe is based in Lucerne, Switzerland. Born in 2001, he is self-taught and has been working in photography and film for over ten years, more than four of which have been as a professional. He describes his work as “Human-Centric Editorial Storytelling,” always “in pursuit of beauty,” as he puts it. His approach is rooted in the aesthetics of film photography and spans primarily lifestyle, fashion, portraiture, and documentary, with the ambition of creating timeless images that celebrate the beauty of life and the human experience. His work has been recognized with the Young Talent Award from the Olten International Photography Festival (IPFO). In 2026, a photo essay with his documentary series about THE ICE St.Moritz was published in REGIA Magazine and his work is being exhibited in multiple exhibitions across Switzerland such as the ARTdeSUISSE in Lucerne and the SIYU f/2.8 in Zürich.
