By photographing at night, he captures the city's urban lighting and the mesmerizing lights of moving vehicles. To depict the sense of speed and movement, he uses a tripod and long exposure times. This technique allows him to convey the dynamic energy of the city. To recreate the nostalgic mood of the 50s and 60s, Ben Hupfer employs a unique color palette, layering dominant reds and blues while preserving the intensity of black and white.
