Nik and Kerry Wheeler
Nik and Kerry Wheeler are a father-son duo whose photography spans continents and decades, united by a shared pursuit of timeless beauty. Nik, a celebrated photojournalist with work featured in National Geographic, TIME Magazine, and more than 500 magazine covers worldwide, was named Travel Photographer of the Year for his profound ability to capture the spirit of place. His lens has chronicled the changing world with quiet reverence and cultural sensitivity.
Kerry's aesthetic brings a fresh yet nostalgic eye to their lineage. With imagery that blends cinematic atmosphere and coastal elegance, his work evokes the warmth of memory - sun-soaked, intimate, and refined. His style, often likened to a modern-day Slim Aarons, celebrates the leisurely romance of travel and the subtle poetry of everyday moments.
Together, their work forms a dialogue between past and present - balancing legacy and renewed sense of wonder. Exhibited now at YellowKorner, this joint collection is a celebration of light, emotion, and the art of living well. It offers a visual journey through places both real and dreamlike, where time slows, and beauty lingers.
