Born in 1982 in Valence, France, Alex Reyval now lives in the heart of the megalopolis of Hong Kong, a dense and noisy city that provides ample inspiration for his aerial photographs. Passionate about new technologies for many years, he is regularly asked for advice regarding the latest models. His interest has always focused on photographic equipment and the artistic techniques associated with them. His fascination for images first arose on a trip to India in 2013, where he sought to convey the beauty of the architecture of this country with heavy contrasts. Since then, Alex Reyval has not hesitated to explore Asian countries in search of new sources of inspiration. Myanmar, Thailand, China, Indonesia, and Korea are all in his sights and it would appear that the young photographer does not intend to stop there.
