The chimeneys
<p>Puna Moens frames the rock formations of the Don Otto mine in the province of Salta, in northern Argentina. Several planes overlap: in the foreground, columns of eroded rock rise up in strange shapes. Behind them, the ochre-colored slopes of the mountains curve away. In the background, a chain of darker peaks closes off the horizon. The warm light of late afternoon sets all the reds and oranges ablaze.
