Beach photo gallery: sand, sea, waves and sun

The beach, a stretch of fine sand gilded by the sun, coming to lose itself in the waves. Is there a more emblematic image than the beach to represent travel and holidays ? Artists use their cameras to take beautiful beach photographs, using precise exposure times and settings to achieve fine art photographs.

Beach photography highlights the sumptuous sunsets, the depth of the blue seas, the unique architecture of the pontoons but also the contrasts of the coasts, such as those of the French Riviera.  Beach photography is an art that allows for an infinite palette of colours, making it possible to obtain unique photo prints to decorate your home.

A few words about our experienced photographers

Photographers have continued this artistic movement by taking up this inexhaustible source of inspiration.  Inexhaustible because there are millions of beaches, each one is as different as the next. There are the beaches invaded by tourists, which photographer Richard Hirst captures so well. The artist opts for an aerial setting, creating an unique optical effect and a mixture of colours between the sand, the azure sea, the holidaymakers, the colourful parasols, and the multicoloured bath towels. Jorge De La Torriente goes even further in this cut-out aerial view.  He gives the viewer a simple glimpse of what seems infinite and unlimited. In this spirit, the beach he crowd, the orderly as well as the disorderly that he leaves in suspense can only continue.  Finally, Ben Thomas chooses to combine the beach, a natural element, with human constructions.  Thus, swimming pools and buildings appear in the frame for a striking contrast.

But the beach is also about travel, about the far-off Pacific islands which are what dreams are made of. On a different scale, travel across France with photographs of beaches coming straight from Marseille but also from Saint Malo. More than a landscape photograph, beach photography puts a part of nature at the heart of our attention.

In this collection of limited edition and numbered photographs offered by YellowKorner, you can escape to these paradisiacal beaches with a simple glance. Aerial views as well as vintage or black and white images, all the beaches will be, in a decorative way, an invitation to travel through the eyes. All our beautiful beaches photographs are available in several formats and finishes both on the yellowkorner.com website and in our galleries.
